ACTalliance is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization which has over the last several years supported LDS community improvement activities and is currently funding a 1-year COVID-19 Assistance to Liberia and Support to Ivorian Refugee Project being implemented by LDS in Fuamah District, Bong County. The project activities include but not limited to the construction of latrines, hand pump wells, expansion of the Phebe Hospital Emergency Room and construction of a Patient Caretaker Waiting Room for Curran Hospital in Zorzor, Lofa County. In collaboration with CHAL as a health partner and ACTallinace finding, LDS distributed personal protection equipment (PPE to several medical facilities including Phebe Hospital in Bong County and Curran Hospital in Lofa County while Phebe also benefitted from a revolving drug funds.
