LDS is implementing the ACT project in Fuamah. The project, bath latrine and hand pump well is located in three communities (Willie-ta, Check Point & Gbakai’s Town). Each community is to benefit from one bath latrine and a hand pump. Both Willie-ta and Check Point projects have been completed at 97.5%.
In order to assist in the acceleration of the project in Gbakai’s, the program team on Tuesday, 22/02/22 assisted Gbakai’s town to hauled two pick up loads of sand as was available. The assistance was meant to buttress the effort of the community and contractors speed up the work since sand is a major challenge considering the sand location.
